With over 20 years of experience across education and children’s services, I know that when a child feels safe and understood, they can thrive. As a Co-Founder of Freedom & Growth and an experienced Year Leader, my mission is to bridge the gap between home and school. I specialise in providing evidence-based, compassionate support for neurodiversity, anxiety, and behavioral challenges. My goal is simple: to guide families from a place of crisis to a place of calm, ensuring no child is left to struggle alone.

Throughout my career—from my time as an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) to my current role as a Leader of Year 9 and Thrive Practitioner—I have seen firsthand the detrimental effect that missing support can have on a child’s development. I don't just look at a child’s behaviour; I look at their whole world. With a toolkit ranging from Drawing and Talking therapy to advanced Life Coaching, I create tailored strategies that promote positive change, emotional well-being and a"team around the child" approach that is needed to foster success at home and in school. Whether it’s navigating a diagnosis or managing social anxiety, I am here to be a trusted point of contact for families navigating the complexities of the modern educational and social landscape.
