My Mission

child psychology sussex.jpg

As both a mum and an educator, I know that the foundation for a happy life begins in childhood. My goal is simple: to walk alongside you and your family, providing the heart-centered support and expert care your child needs to truly fly.

I understand that when children are struggling, they often express their feelings in ways that can be overwhelming to manage alone. If left unsupported, these small hurdles can grow into complex tangles that follow a child into adulthood. I’m here to help you untangle those knots.

By creating a safe, nurturing space built on compassion and collaboration, I provide holistic care tailored to your family's unique journey. Whether we are addressing immediate needs or building for the long term, my commitment is to ensure your child has the tools, the confidence, and the soft place to land that they need to live a healthy, fulfilled life.

To Children

I believe every child is a unique masterpiece, deserving of a space where they are celebrated for who they are. I work from the heart-led belief that behind every behaviour, there is an intention. Often, when children are struggling, they are simply trying to tell us something they don’t have the words for yet. My goal is to guide them in finding their voice—teaching them to express their big feelings and full selves in ways that are healthy and kind. I truly believe that happiness is an 'inside job.' By nurturing self-belief and teaching children how to tap into their own inner strength, we see a beautiful transformation. They grow from feeling overwhelmed into confident, calm young people who are connected to their best selves. Together, we can help them look ahead to a brighter future, knowing they have everything they need right inside them to succeed.

To my fellow Parents and Carers

I want you to know right now: you are not alone. I know the weight of the "invisible" workload you carry because I’m carrying it too. As a mum to a neurodivergent child, I understand the late nights, the advocacy battles, and the overwhelming stress of watching your child struggle while the "standard" advice falls short. The world isn't always built for your child’s brain, and I’m here to change how you navigate that. I provide the strategies you actually need—not just textbook theories, but real-world, tailored tools that respect your child’s unique needs and your family’s reality.

How We Can Work Together

This is a judgment-free space designed to empower you and help you rediscover your footing. Whether you are looking for support for your child or yourself, I offer:

Consistent parenting strategies: Practical tools for a way forward that feels authentic and sustainable. Neurodivergent advocacy: Navigating a path that honors how your child actually learns and grows. Individual support for you: Because you cannot pour from an empty cup, I offer private sessions to help you manage the burnout and find your own strength again. "Parenting isn't a one-size-fits-all journey. My goal is to give you the confidence to do right by your child while ensuring you don't lose yourself in the process."

Whether we are celebrating your wins or navigating your deepest fears, I am here to help you find the way forward that feels right for your family. Let’s build a future that works for your child’s brilliant mind.

Mental health isn’t a "bonus" aspect of a child’s life—it’s the foundation. While emotions like anxiety and anger are part of the human experience, they shouldn't be allowed to sit in the driver's seat. When these feelings begin to dictate a child's day, it’s no longer a "phase"; it’s a signal that the load has become too heavy to carry alone.
